People as usk all the time, “How do you come up with all of the wild pizzas and burgers?”

It’s pretty simple. We have spent a lot of time working in other people’s resturants. Time often spent dreaming of how we would do things differently and what we would do if this was “our place.” When it came time to open up a joint of our own, we decided to swing for the fences. No holds barred, no quarter, no prisoners, and no diets!

Even though Lucy’s has some wonderful healthy options (and some of the best salads in the business), let’s be honest: That’s not why any of us are here.

We are here for pure gastronomic joy, big bold flavors, and meals worthy of your Instagram.
